Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm.

2. The rates quoted are inclusive of Complimentary Breakfast for maximum of 1 person for Standard Single room and 2 persons for Superior Twin or Deluxe Queen room unless specified otherwise.

3. All rates quoted in Ringgit Malaysia are inclusive of 10% service charge. For non-Malaysian guests, rates are subject to an additional tourism tax of MYR 10.00 per room per night, which will be collected upon check-in.

4. Rooms Rates are based on per room per night basis.

5. Published and internet rates are subject to change without prior notice.

GUARANTEE POLICY

6. A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation.

7. Bookings without guarantee will not be entertained

8. We accept both MasterCard and Visa Card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

9. Cancellation of booking will require a minimum 24 hours notice prior to arrival, failing which one night charge of the total rooms reserved will be charged to the guest. 

10. Full payment of confirmed reservation will be imposed for no-show.

11.  Promotional rates are non-refundable and no changes are allowed. If cancelled or modified, the full price of the reservation will be charged.

12.  Third Adult / Child & Extra Bed Supplement

13. Extra bed is available upon request and is chargeable.

14.  For the 3rd adult or child of 12 years of age sharing a room, an extra bed charge of MYR 60.00nett per bed per night with breakfast will be levied.

15. There is no charge for children of 12 years of age and below sharing a room using existing bedding, up to maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children/ infant.
